How do I get started if I already have a logo or design?
Email your artwork to dss@dss.design or send it through the Free Quote page with your project details. Vector PDF, EPS or AI files are preferred. A high-resolution transparent PNG works for many DTF jobs. If your artwork is not production-ready, DSS can redraw or prepare it before proofing.

Do you deliver custom merchandise Australia-wide?
Yes. DSS handles enquiries, design, approvals and ordering online, then ships custom merchandise, branded workwear, hats, signage and promotional products across Australia. Delivery cost and timing depend on the product, quantity, production method and destination.
What decoration and branding methods do you offer?
DSS offers DTF printing, screen printing, flat and 3D embroidery, woven, rubber and chenille patches, sublimation, custom artwork and signage. The best method depends on the product, design, quantity, finish and budget.
Do you offer eco-friendly merchandise options?
Yes, we offer sustainable merchandise options, including products made from recycled materials and organic fabrics. Let us know your preferences, and we'll tailor solutions that align with your brand values.
Is there a minimum order quantity requirement?
Minimum order quantities vary by product and decoration method. Common starting points are 10 for DTF T-shirts and hoodies, stock caps and sublimated apparel; 25 for full custom hats, beanies and socks; 50 for stubby holders; and 100 for air fresheners. Your quote confirms the exact minimum.
Can I see a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples can usually be arranged and are charged. Availability, cost and timing depend on the product and supplier. Some express custom samples can be ready in around 5–10 days, while other items take longer.

How long does custom merchandise production take?
Most custom merchandise orders take about 3–4 weeks plus shipping after artwork approval and payment. Locally printed items can sometimes be completed in under 2 weeks, sublimated apparel often takes 4–5 weeks, and sea-freight projects can take 7–9 weeks. DSS confirms the expected lead time on each quote.
Can I mix garment sizes in one order?
Usually, yes. Sizes can normally be mixed within the same product and design, subject to supplier minimums for colours and styles. DSS confirms the size and colour rules before production.
Do you offer logo design and artwork help?
Yes. DSS offers logo design, logo redraws, production artwork and broader branding support. We can prepare graphics suitable for printing, embroidery, signage, digital assets and merchandise.
