THE LIMITS
Full-colour sublimation gives you far more freedom than a simple one-colour logo print. Your artwork can wrap around the holder and combine detailed graphics, photography, branding and colour into one finished design.

A stubby holder is curved when it’s being used, so good artwork needs more thought than simply dropping a logo into a rectangle. We build the design around the printable area so the important elements remain clear on the finished product.

What is the minimum order for custom stubby holders?
The minimum order for basic DSS custom stubby holders is 50 pieces per design. If you want multiple different designs, each design is treated as its own production quantity unless DSS confirms otherwise for the selected product.
Can DSS design my stubby holders?
Yes. Send through your logo, wording, brand colours and any references or ideas you have and DSS can prepare the artwork for production. Free basic design is included in the price.
Can I use photographs in the design?
Yes. Suitable high-resolution photographs can be incorporated into a full-colour sublimated design. Send the original image file where possible so we can check the quality before production.
Can each side have different artwork?
Yes. A wraparound design can use the two visible sides differently, such as placing the main logo on one side and contact details, sponsors or event information on the other.
What artwork files should I send?
Vector PDF, EPS, AI or SVG artwork is preferred for logos and text. High-resolution PNG files can also be assessed. If your logo is too low resolution for clean production, DSS can advise whether it needs to be redrawn.
Can I order different designs in one batch?
The standard minimum is 50 pieces per design. Two substantially different artworks should be treated as two separate designs unless another arrangement is confirmed before ordering.
How long do custom stubby holders take?
Production time can vary depending on quantity, supplier capacity and the selected product. Normally they are delivered within 3-4 weeks from artwork approval.
If you have an event or deadline, send the required delivery date and postcode with your first enquiry so DSS can confirm the current production estimate.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. DSS handles ordering and artwork approval online and can ship completed custom stubby holders across Australia.
