What is the minimum order for custom sublimated apparel?
Our minimum order starts at 10 pieces per design for most sublimated garments. This makes sublimation a practical option for small crews, businesses, sporting teams, clubs and merchandise ranges as well as larger orders.

What types of sublimated apparel can you make?
We can produce a wide range of fully custom sublimated apparel including fishing shirts, short and long sleeve polos, T-shirts, sports jerseys, hoodies, singlets, shorts, track pants and more. If you have a particular garment in mind that isn’t shown on this page, send us a reference and we can look at the available options.

What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation uses heat to permanently transfer the artwork into polyester fabric rather than printing a layer of ink on top of the garment. This allows us to create full-colour, edge-to-edge designs using patterns, gradients, photographs, sponsor logos, names and numbers without the print cracking or peeling like some surface-applied decoration methods can.

Can DSS design the apparel for me?
Yes. You don’t need to supply finished garment artwork. Send us your logo, brand colours, ideas and any reference images you like and we can create the complete apparel design for you. We’ll provide a digital mockup for approval before production begins.

Can I have different names and numbers on each garment?
Yes. Sublimation is ideal for player names, numbers, crew names and other individual personalisation. Let us know what needs to change across the garments when sending through your order details and we can incorporate it into the artwork.

Can you include multiple sponsor logos?
Yes. Sponsor logos can be incorporated throughout the garment including the front, back, sleeves and individual panels. Because sublimation allows the complete garment to be designed as one piece, we can position multiple sponsors without the design feeling like a collection of logos stuck on afterwards.

What fabrics and features are available?
Different garments are available with different fabric weights, textures and performance characteristics. Options can include lightweight breathable polyester, performance mesh, quick-dry fabrics and UPF50+ options on selected garments. We’ll recommend the most suitable option based on whether the apparel is for work, sport, fishing, events or everyday wear.

How long does custom sublimated apparel take?
Standard bulk production is typically around 4–5 weeks plus shipping once the artwork, sizing and order details have been approved. Turnaround can vary depending on the garment, quantity, customisation and delivery method, so let us know early if you’re working toward a specific event or deadline.

Can I see a sample before placing a larger order?
Samples can be arranged where required and are charged separately. They can be useful for checking fit, fabric, colour and construction before committing to a larger production run.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. DSS supplies custom sublimated apparel Australia-wide, so you don’t need to be local to work with us. Once production is complete, your order can be shipped directly to your business, club, team or nominated address.

What artwork files do you need?
Vector artwork such as PDF, EPS or AI is preferred for logos because it gives the cleanest production result. If you only have a PNG, JPG or low-resolution logo, send it through and we can check whether it is suitable or whether it needs to be redrawn first.
